Tenuta Ronci is located in a wonderful environment, here we grow vines paying the utmost care and make wines using the best technology in the cellar, however what makes the quality of our wines possible, harvest after harvest, is the people: those who wanted and created this project in the very beginning, those who constantly design the wines with the colors of the highest oenological knowledge, those who work in the vineyards and in the cellar every day with passion, with dedication and with the right dose of “never ending curiosity”. The team, our team that works, harvest after harvest, to make sure that our wines are the best expression of this land.
Doctor Arturo Improta is a successful entrepreneur in the healthcare business. He is the one who “discovered” Valle Ronci and fell in love with it back in the eighties. He is a naturally empathetic man of rare tenacity. He loves to remember growing up in the countryside, in Somma Vesuviana, near Naples, born into a family that lived off agriculture. Ultimately Tenuta Ronci is, for him, a return to the origins!
He is our Agronomist. Graduated from the University of Perugia, co-founder of Studio Tecnico Novagri, Enrico Carli is a constant, attentive and highly stimulating presence for all of usa t Tenuta Ronci. Passionate (and a great expert) about sustainable viticulture, a staunch promoter of a constant, ongoing training, in the field, of the people he collaborates with. A great team player! His work at Tenuta Ronci has contributed to help setting up the vineyards to produce quality, not quantity. Vineyards resilient to constant changes in climate conditions.
Young, devoted, passionate, multitasking. Alessio comes from “the world of numbers” by training and from the restaurant/catering industry by passion. He is the “face” of Tenuta Ronci where he professionally and patiently, coordinates all the activities and the people who revolve around the winery.
Giorgio is the daily strength, physical and mental, that every day carries out, with dedication and meticulous care, the thousand tasks in the cellar keeping a constant eye on the vineyards. A great relationship with the property and with the rest of the team. Arrived at Ronci by chance, today he is an essential part of the team.
At Tenuta Ronci we are family, we are artisans, we care about personal relationships. This is what also drives our commercial relationships: friends/partners bring more firnds/partners often simply by word of mouth. We are well represented and rooted in Rome and Lazio with a team of Agents and some Distributors. We look with interest at the overseas markets looking for partners appreciating our quality and willing to share our same approach. At the end of the season we are often out of wine and this tells us that we are going in the right direction. The Improta family also knows this and in recent years has invested significantly in new vineyards.
